Why 200%?
We believe we have the systems in place to ensure we can always meet your deadlines and quality standards. Even if files accidentally delete or corrupt, electricity blackouts occur, typists fall ill, the office burns down, or any of a thousand other scenarios unfold, we confidently believe our measures allow for accurate and on-time delivery, every time.
Why 14 days?
We seek to empower our clients as much as possible and to develop open and trusting relationships. In view of this, we provide a 14-day window after the transcript return for you to review accuracy before you make payment.
For obvious reasons, clients using generic email addresses (Gmail, Yahoo etc.) must pay before completion, but are still covered by the 200% guarantee.
Data Protection
We continuously back up project data, encrypt it and securely store the data as multiple copies via secure Internet connections in two different Canadian server locations. This process ensures that even if one site is down, damaged or compromised, other sites can step in and provide up to date copies. We delete the recordings from our system on a rolling basis, once we complete projects.
The Heroes Team
We have on-site and off-site staff – a network of Heroes available for deployment on a project at a moment’s notice. Our project management technology allows Heroes HQ to be in constant communication with our team. Literally within moments we can scramble a group of typists to be up and working on your project. This ability to quickly assign your project allows us to immediately bring under control any timeline or quality issues.
